To confirm reservation it is necessary to pay 20% in advance. Rate of apartment 4+2 is for 4 persons. Rate of apartment 2+2 is for 2 persons. Extra beds are on request. Rate of each extra bed is 15 EUR daily. Tourist tax is not included in rate. Tourist tax is 1 EUR per person daily. For staying less than 3 days rates are 20% higher. For staying more than 10 days we give extra day gratis (except in August). Full payment is requested upon arrival. Arrival to apartment is after 2 p.m. and departure till 10 a.m. All guests get welcome drink. Apartments are located in the new built family house in Lapad, one of the most beautiful and pleasant parts of Dubrovnik in the middle of Dubrovnik metropolitan area, only 5 minutes driving distance from the old town. Advantages of our apartments: - very close to famous beach Uvala Lapad together with many other pebble, rocky and sandy beaches - very close supermarkets, restaurants, caffe bars, tennis courts, post office, hairdressers, etc. - beautiful promenade around peninsula Lapad. Regular bus connection will take you to old town or you can go walking. Bus stop is located only 50 m distance. We offer our dear guest 3 apartments for rent: Apartments 1 and 2 (4+2, for four or six persons each apartment) consist of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining room combined together and large terrace. Apartment 3 (2+2, for two or four persons) consists of one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and dining room combined together and large terrace. Each apartment has separate entrance. We can arrange transfer airport-apartment-airport on your request (extra charge). Meeting and assistance on arrival by bus or by ship will be organized free of charge. Welcome!
