To confirm reservation it is necessary to pay 20% of advance. Payed advance is non-refundable in case of canceling reservation. Check in 14:00, check out 10:00 * at arrival guests are welcomed with welcome drink * possibility of buying homemade brandy (lozovaca and orahovica) and dry figs * apartments are for rent during the whole year * for staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher. Tourist tax is not included into the price and it is 1 EUR per person per day. Description of apartments: one double bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet, living room with small functional kitchen, table with 4 chairs, desk, SAT/TV, stretching couch for 2 persons. All apartments have the same spacing, apartments and room 1 have large common terrase (1. floor), which can be divided with sliding barriers. Apartments and room 2 on second floor have its own terraces. Description of autonomous room: entrance with fridge and case closet, bathroom with shower and toilet; into the room also lead second door, which separate entrance and bathroom from entrance door. In the room is double bed, double/triple closet, night cabinets with lamps and desk with tv. House has its own parking for around 6 cars, airport is 6 km far and Dubrovnik is 11 km far. We also offer transportation from the airport and breakfast (5 EUR per person per day). We plan to built private swimming pool, but for now guests can use hotel swimming pool with sea water, which is on the beach. Welcome!
